Hi, the store in Richmond is No Smoke Va, on North 3rd street. Keep in mind that they're recently new, and only carry VG on juice, and 4081s and 510s on ecigs, but they have explansion plans, and hope to carry cartomizers and I hope even V4L cartomizers. That is what I think I understood from them
