One Stop DIY has a few (click sizes at top to see selections). The Lucky Shot and Lotta Latte are popular, and very popular mixed together. They also carry some from UK's Chefs Flavours here. Wonder Flavours is Canadian, but Bull City carries the line, of which many (most?) are one-shots.

I really like Chefs' Ginger Rogers, DancingHeretik; it's one of my every-day vapes. I hope OSDIY decides to carry it.

@gerrymi, every time I've had that problem, it was because the top cap bit of the CLR coil needed to be screwed down tighter.
