Turbo RDA

Looking for a new build to slap into my Turbo rda. Currently running a dual 7 wrap 20 gauge at .14 ohm but feel like I can't get any flavor from it. I'm hitting at 165W so max power for my IPV3. Battery life is not an object, just curious for getting more flavor

Same here. My 20G 5 wraps is t giving me flavor. Tried a 24G 5 wrap build still no flavor, even at 6 wraps on a 1/8 drill bit still no flavor...maybe its just great for cloudchasing /:

Sorry, but it's no surprise you're not getting much flavor on an rda that is pretty much a cylinder with a fan in it. At 165W nonetheless. To get even decent flavor on that thing, I would close off as much airflow as possible. It's a losing battle though because that was designed to force as much air through it as humanly possible. It's also a huge chamber. As a general rule, smaller chamber means better flavor. If you really want flavor, you will want a new rda. I might suggest the Magma, Derringer, or Freakshow Mini.

You might try building at a safer resistance and playing with the settings on your IPV. I have a dual coil setup in my Magma. 26g, 9 wraps on a 3mm screwdriver. It comes out to 0.8Ω and I have it at 45W on my iStick 50W. I've never had better flavor than this build and RDA.

I already have the derringer and freak show mini and regular, I just wanted to see if I could push the "limits" with this unique device

You are pushing the limits - 34A on 18650 batteries is 14A over most CDR unless you're using VTC4s.

MXJO's claim the same numbers as the 35A Purple efests that are actually 20A LG HE2's. There's no testing to verify the MXJO's numbers that I know of but I do know they rebrand their batteries. Thus, they are likely the same as efest. Be careful.

In my experience.
Heat reduces flavor, so that 0.14ohms and 165 watts is for clouds not flavor.
Too much airflow reduces flavor as well

So honestly, expecting flavor out of a cloud chaser atty will probably not happen in comparison to the freakshow or derringer.
