Sorry, but it's no surprise you're not getting much flavor on an rda that is pretty much a cylinder with a fan in it. At 165W nonetheless. To get even decent flavor on that thing, I would close off as much airflow as possible. It's a losing battle though because that was designed to force as much air through it as humanly possible. It's also a huge chamber. As a general rule, smaller chamber means better flavor. If you really want flavor, you will want a new rda. I might suggest the Magma, Derringer, or Freakshow Mini.

You might try building at a safer resistance and playing with the settings on your IPV. I have a dual coil setup in my Magma. 26g, 9 wraps on a 3mm screwdriver. It comes out to 0.8Ω and I have it at 45W on my iStick 50W. I've never had better flavor than this build and RDA.
