Bright and sunny here and the shoulder is a little less painful, at least I can breathe without screaming.
Good morning! Liquid sunshine here.....again. Sure is green though.
KS, when I wake up with leg cramps, it usually means my legs got cold. Even though I wear pj's, I'll still wear knee high socks to bed when it's winter/cold & damp. Seems to cut down on waking up with cramps.
Splat, you just gotta quit wrestling with people bigger than you! Smaller is better......If they're game, Little People are my favorite. HA!
