Problems with the Sigelei Mini 30w - Help!

I got my husband a sigelei Mini 30w because he hates the pen style. We've had 2 now. The first one stopped working because of leaks from an old tank and I could understand that. The new one he's been using for about 1 week and it has stopped working now too (no leaks this time at all). When I put a new battery in it will occasionally blink the sigelei name at me a few times and then nothing. It won't turn on it won't do anything. Sometimes when I put a new battery in it won't even blink at me. What the heck is going on? Any ideas? He's ready to go back to smoking and I really want to avoid that, but I can't keep buying him a new box mod every week.

Did you get the Mini from a B&M or online? I would think either or would warranty it it sounds like it could be a bad chip in the device. What kind of battery are you using?

We got the second one online, but "we've" managed to throw away the box it came in. Not sure they would take it back with the cord, card, and booklet all loose in the package I mail. I've tried several different 18650 batteries and no joy.

I have to use batteries that have never been in a mech for my Sig30. If the battery has any indent on the pos side it will flicker on/off or not turn on. Im guessing this isnt your issue though. Also dont put the ribbon underneath the battery thats caused me problems. Besides that mine has workes perfect for 2 months.

What kinda batteries are you using.

Contact the seller via email. I can't imagine they will refuse you over a cardboard box. If so, I would never shop with them again. I'm guessing that any reputable on-line seller would accommodate you. Of course if it was purchased from an overseas seller it may take a while.

Not sure on the battery brand, probably some generic, but they work in everything else and have for quite a while. I did in fact find the box and I have emailed the online store (vapenw.com) and I guess we'll see what happens. I really don't want my husband to go back to smoking. I've been cig free for a little over 3 years since I started vaping.

What color is the battery? And ya I'd email the seller. You never know depending on the seller most are willing to work with you and are pretty good. Where did you get it online?

Batterys I tried were either blue or lavender. Does that help? I ordered it from vapenw.com. I hope they will help.

Is there another brand of box mod that anyone can suggest for under $50? I'm not sure what I'm looking for in reliability. We're not cloud chasers, just vaping so we're not smoking.

Yes sounds like Efest or Samsung batteries. Even if they're generic they should still provide the proper amperage to power the device without problems. I've never used vapenw.com but I would email them and explain your situation and see what they'd be willing to do and go from there.

Eleaf iSticks are good solid and affordable. What kind of devices are you going to be using with them?
