Which mod for which juice???

On the left is Wakonda in the Chalice III/Peko, in the middle is Radio in the Derringer/Peko, and on the right is Atlanta in the Nuppin V1/Reo mini.

It took a bit of experimenting to get to this point, but I think I have my three favorite set-ups (for this very short period of time...)
I just recently scored a Chalice on the classies. Now, I am not a person of means by any stretch of the imagination, so when I buy something, I either have to sell something or save up. But I have wanted a Chalice for a long time. This is a thing of beauty- I thought everything would taste absolutely divine in the Chalice. Not so. Turns out, it's a lot more complicated that just getting an expensive device.
I like Radio fresh to 2 months, and in the Chalice it tastes much more steeped. Radio belongs in the Derringer. Atlanta tastes too peachy in the Chalice, but is beautiful in the Nuppin. Wakonda is absolutely the BOMB in the Chalice. I should mention that all my attys currenlty have twisted 29g coils (Nuppin & Derringer at .4 ohms and the Chalice at .67 ohms)
So what I want to know is- what is your favorite atty/mod for which NT juice? Build specs and especially pics welcome (we all love vape porn )
This is not meant to be high-end mod snobbery- again, not a person of means here, so post pics of your egos, isticks, protanks, clones, authentics, whatever you got...

I break it down to coil builds and not the device...I find the Wakonda BEST at .43 ohms in a Derringer. Radio works for me, and as you know, I am a well steeped kinda guy...at .4-.47 ohms, topper insignificant. I'll need to break the Atlanta back out to let you know on that one.
Pretty much the device is just a battery for me. I've settled on the Derringer and Mephisto ('cause it holds massive amounts of coil). I work the flavor off the build though...funky Clapton's, Mundy's Majic, etc...

This is one that hits the .43 for the Wakonda in mah Derringer...

Right now I am loving The Virus on the Marquis at about 45w or so. Two simple vertical microcoils with cotton bacon as the wicking material.

Here's my 0.4 ohm Nuppin build using a one strand dual Clapton coils for Strawnilla...

A straight up 2mm 28g to 0.7 for Wakonda in a cyclone...

And a twisted 2mm 28 to 0.5 for the Virus.

As Soignee pointed out, I also build to the juice.

As for the Chalice, the smaller chambered attys intensify the flavors especially at lower ohms. I've found my preference for the CIII is to keep my builds between 0.8 to 1.0 to receive the best balance of flavors.

Nice pics! I tried higher ohms in the Chalice (.8-1.0) but wasn't getting the flavor I like out of my juice. Part of the whole reason for posting this thread is because I need to learn a bit more about building for the juice rather than just what I think works best in a particular atty. And there are so many factors to consider.
I think I have gotten used to how juices taste with a specific build (generally twisted 29g @ .4ohms) but I'd like to branch out a bit, and see what others like and try different builds for different juices.
I'm also considering getting an inexpensive regulated set-up just to see what happens at different wattages, etc. Seems easier than ripping out build after build.

No kidding! I tried a single strand of (a prebuilt) Clapton coil, but the heat up time was pretty long. Haven't tried to make one myself, though.

Aw, what the hell. While we are at it, here's one more. Dual 2mm 28's built to 0.7 is my go to for Megan's Choice ( GCD) in the Odin. With this build, the cinnamon, the pastry and the frosting all emerge up front.

Don't be afraid to toss a couple of twisted builds ( such as quad 32g) at the Chalice as well...

I tried some Mundy wire... it barely fits, and I don't think it was real secure, so I took it out.

That particular Clapton is made with 32g wrapped around 28 and it heats just fine.

My Chalice III has the screws that catch the wire- no holes. I had to position both legs on the inside and just try to capture a small part. The MM wire is too big to wrap around without making contact with the sides. I may try again, though.

Doh! What was I thinking? You are completely right! ( too many attys ) The quad 32 I used was round. Thinking about it now, I may just try an triple 0.4 or 0.5 ribbon. I'll post it up here after it's built.
