I'm sure there will be ways to skirt the regs. while staying in compliance but in the end I figure it's all just gonna raise the costs for everyone involved and make it much harder for newbs trying to figure out their best options.

What if a customer has been sold a set-up, will other customers have to leave the premises before he/she
can be shown how to set-up and use it? Or go into a VIP type, "private" room for instruction? Leaving the main area of the shop potentially unattended? Will only 1 customer at a time be allowed entry?
It's a lot of unneeded bs imo. Hard to say how it will all play out but higher costs all around are, I think, a given.
