I've got a question here, Lets say that the Totally Wicked challenge to Article 20 of the TPD is unsuccessful (fingers crossed that it is obviously) this will mean standardised tanks and liquids with some as yet undecided standardised no leak refilling method.
We all know this is extreme ... but will this actually stop us being able to purchase vaporiser tanks and Attys as they are with the same innovation? many industrys such as the cannabis device industry still develop products and equipment and distribute them with the laughable tag as - not for drug use or for tobacco use only?
And where will the law stand on 0% nic juices? surely this legislation only applies to products containing Nicotine and not propylene glycol, glycerin and flavourings so would manufacturers still be able to sell these products perhaps with the new moniker as flavoured smoke machine liquid?
