think of it as an unregulated mosfet box with this as an addon to the mosfet

all this info can also be gotten on facebook in the group box modders.. warning the group isnt for the light hearted or non self helping

I'm really liking the sudden interest in 555 timers being Incorporated into vaping mods.

only question to ask can you really say your adjusting voltage with this? As I understand it controls the amount of power delivered according to the duty cycle.

I also see the new 555 timers using 8.4 volts and I feel that takes up build space.
You can definitely tell your adjusting the voltage. And 8.4 volts is just your basic series box so the only more space your using is for the pcb which isn't all that big. Maybe 1 inch square
