vaping in the rain

Can vaporizers be used in the rain? Its just its starting to rain here everyday recently and am worried if i go for a walk and vape at the same time while its raining it will destroy the vaporizer.

I have vaped in the rain, no problem. You are not going submerge your mod in a pool of water, are you? I tend to have problems in the wind or changing altitude, rain, no.

If it has VV/VW I would worry about getting water in the circuitry/wires. I use my Mech all the time in the rain. I have even dropped it in a pool, dried it off, re wicked it, added more juice and resumed vaping.

All depends on how much water you let get inside the mod.. Can you use a cell phone on a rainy day? Do you drive a car on a rainy day? Both of these have more sensitive to wet electricals. We don't leave them home when raining. Don't drop your mod in a puddle you will be fine.

Just try not to let the ecig get too wet. Maybe when not vaping on it, protect it from the drops of rain. As long as you make sure that the rain cannot get to the circuitry, it should be fine.

At least with these, we CAN use them in the rain! Unlike cigarettes that were ruined with a few drops of rain on them.

There would not be much vaping in the Pacific NW is you could not vape in the rain.

I vape so much I never thought about vaping in the rain but like @Robino1 said, we worried more about getting one drop on a cigarette.

I agree, whatever you did when you smoked cigs would probably work for vaping.

I vape my VV/VW mods under an umbrella when it's raining. Problem solved.

That's just it. The 2 are so radically different. I've vaped in the rain without a sec thought of anything getting wet & if it does I'm like so what.
No one ever enjoyed smoking a wet cigarette. If anything you stood there mad cause it did get wet.

I do all the time..down pour..probably not..but a little rain then back in the pocket..happens all the time in this sauna/swamp aka Houston. *lol*

I've drenched my mechanical Nemesis and had no issues. I would not do that with a mech mod that was designed in such a way it allowed water easy access to the inside, or a regulated mod unless it was pretty water resistant.
