Where is my juice, I ask myself?

I, also, have been unable to elicit any response to my emails to Djeejstuff's website or directly. Once I even privately IM'd her in chat on vapers.tv....she typed in "order number?" I typed back "order [HASHTAG]#5176[/HASHTAG]". A minute later the room froze and she never got back to me.
This order was placed on March 10th, 2015, order # 5176. Virtually 2 months now and no juice seen yet. In my account on Deejstuff website it says my order is still "processing"

I can understand being very backlogged.
I can understand personal or family tragedy

But I can't understand absolutely no communication to a customer, no apology email, no response to my queries. I had understood Witch1 and her husband were excellent folks to deal with, and that's why I ordered. Does anyone know or have any insight as to what's going on with them? Have they fallen off the end of the earth?
