Thought it was about time to say hello and maybe get a post in counting towards my 5. Quit smoking in December. Was about a pack and a half a day smoker. Started off with njoy and other ecigs. My son bought me a vape pen now I have an assortment of things. I have been lurking here for a month or two and really really enjoy this forum. I have learned so much!

I started off vaping strictly tobacco flavors. it was really hard to find a brand that could keep me off cigarettes but I finally did and now I really really enjoy the flavored ones as well. I last weekend I attempted to rebuild 8 Atlantis coils. I started and stopped a video the whole time and I still failed miserably lol I'm not giving up though as I really enjoy this hobby.

I smoked 2pad for 30 years; switched to vape in 2013.

Sounds like its time for you to get yourself a proper rebuildable where you can screw down your coil.

take a look at the new kanger subtank mini. they have an easy rba. already did my first two coils. one read .9 the latest .8 trying for .5 but they still work great. not being tied down to buying the throw away coils is key to doing this on the cheep.

my rebuilding failures are partly because I'm a dummy and those coils are so darn small!! I about died watching the videos and they are giant just a pull them apart and they are the size of a pinhead! Yikes! but I will get there and if I don't I know I can always come here for more info.

yes I want the sub tank mini pretty bad. I have purchased so much stuff lately that my husband said no more. maybe I'll make him a homemade peach cobbler then I will get the ok lol

Yeah I agree, I think you have to be a brain surgeon and lucky to successfully re-build those factory built coils. If they are not shorting out, opening up, or leaking like a screen door then they don't vape worth a darn.
