Hi Folks, we have had this glass available for some time now but lately we have gotten a couple of reports of too small ID for tubes on them.

Does anyone have this device and calipers that can measure the metal portion that goes into the glass tube so we can nail down a minimum ID for this glass? If more than one can do this even better as it may show how well the maker is holding their own tolerance. I sometimes wonder when we get these odd dont fits if there might be a slight variation in the devices themselves that would lend to some glass running too small.

Have one of these coming from a customer so we will be able to get a minimum clearance measurement. Very few of these devices pay much consideration to tolerance in glass, not surprised the KF4 replica I got came with glass in the box that would not fit over the metal deck.
