The bill does not look bad except for the fact that they exempted BIG TOBACCO from regulation. I do believe that there need to be some regulations enacted concerning the production and sale of ejuice from a safety standpoint. There is a fair amount of shady liquid out there and it will only take one outbreak of tainted/poisoned liquid to cause a big stink (no pun intended)

I didn't see anything that changed for DIYer's other that if they do commit that infraction
