Congrats on yet another millennium, BK!! I'll get the list updated in a minute, first I'll answer this one...

It's one of the few dishes where you get beef, taters, onions, and rice all in one shot. Heck, they even throw peanuts into the mix!
Probably my favorite Thai curry.
While the recipe in the link above calls for Seville orange, Mama Chak likes to add pineapple slices instead. We made big pots of both beef and chicken massaman. They are the hit of the neighborhood!

That curry sounds wonderful Chak! If I can find the massaman paste I'll try it. I don't love cooking enough to make the paste myself.
My big lab has ......... He eats anything he can find so I'm sure that's the cause. Trying to decide if I should take him to the vet or wait it out a bit longer. He's drinking and playing and acting normal other than the change of his stools (which unfortunately was in my bedroom last night). I must have slept thru the first whimpers bc he did wake me up to go out but by that time it was too late. I'm getting way too much use out of my carpet steamer.
