who knows how to get liquids in Panamá Centro America

Hi everybody,
Here in Panamá its illegal to buy prdocuts for vaping and also vaping in public is forbidden...
I only know one person who sells liquids and its far more expensive than in internet.
I think about buying in internet... and hope to receive it...
import is also forbidden... :-(

Does anybody have some good advices for me?
some experience what I could do, or is there a company that knows how to send
me liquids knowing the dificulties with import ?

I hope somebody can help me.

Hi Katmar, thank you. Sems to be dificult... Well I hope I can travel to USA in some month... because I´m afraid of byuing something online ... as it is forbidden in Panamá I guess that customn would send it back....
