Wood Building a few boxes

I started playing around with building my own box mods. Here's what I have going so far.

That Tri-color mod looks really nice. The way all the lines follow the switch is spot-on.

Thanks y'all. They've been fun to build. After 25 years of building cabinets for everyone else I finally get to build fun stuff.

They are all built using 1/8th inch and 1/4 inch baltic birch plywood and then veneering the outside. I've got a few other designs I plan on building and after looking on here even more ideas popping up.

I'll have to take some pics of the insides tomorrow and post them then. My son in law goes to bed early while going to the fire academy and opening the door to the garage sets off the alarm. I wish there was a way to turn off the darn thing.

I just wondered how the basic plan went---if I could build a basic box then I could work on the fancy finish later after getting an idea about how a basic box is

built----thx in advance.

Sorry for taking so long to respond to y'all. I suffered a stroke not long ago and then had surgery to roto-rooter my carotid artery. Here are some pics of recent boxes after making some modifications to the ones posted previously. Oh, and my other hobby is turning pens so I turned some matching pens for my box mods. There are some pics of the battery sled I use and how I mount the MOSFET to the battery sled.

I have a grasp about how the battery and 510 connector and switch all go in as I have built a few basic mods myself.

What I am interested in is the best way to build a wooden box. I have good size hands and like to fire my mods with my trigger finger and so most of the boxes

I see in brick and mortor stores are a little small for the job.

I would like to build my own wooden box at the size and dementions of my liking.
