How can I get more vapor production out of my Halo Triton?I lowered my ohms to 1.8 to 2.0 and bought a variable voltage battery...going up on voltage didn't help. What next?

If you're wanting more vapor air flow is the biggest factor, imo. You could hook a car battery to your atomizer and will still get weak vapor without good air flow.
enlarging the holes around the bottom ring, making sure the center tube is clean and using a pair of tweezers to align and compress the coil and open up air channels around the coil may help but you are pretty limited with that design. an inexpensive rta or a subtank may be a better option.I use 1.8 ohm coils on my RTAs and get plenty of vapor and flavor. much more than my vivi- nova or ce4 which are similar designs to your halo.
I like cool-breeze's idea. Wattage though is the heat and volts x(times) amps = wattage. Maybe your battery cant handle the amps and you end up at the same wattage. If you could tell us more about your setup?
