What was the fix for the Kayfun v4 leaking???

Don't have time to read back through 4000 replies on the other Kv4 thread. Both of my EHPro Kv4's still wanna leak after filling. I have tried flipping it when reinserting the top cap after closing the juice control. After I get the gurgle and leaking cleared up they work fine. It is just the time right after the fill that is the problem. I believe it had something to do with one of the o-rings if I remember correctly.

Mine doesn't leak most of the time. When it develops a "dew" on the outside around the air holes, it's usually right after filling or when I've been walking around with it in my pocket. I blame heat expansion for the pocket dew.

This. It just needs to be a bit bigger. I found an oring from my spares from aqua v2 worked very well which I believe is thicker but about the same ID. Fixed leaking and wobble quite effectively.

After endless messing with o-rings, my cure is to flip it upside down when not in use. Not a leak since.

My issue is right after filling. After I get it cleared up it is fine.

I fixed mine by putting a wrap of dental floss under the o-ring # 16. Also overfilling mine will lead to leaking a little right after filling it.

I ordered a pack of Viton 12x15mm o-rings from orings plus just because they are labelled "heat resistant". More expensive, though. 10 for $6.50.

I probably should have ordered the Buna 12x1.5mm 50 pack, but would never use that many in a lifetime.
