hello gang! Nice to see some familiar names and faces in here;) This 4th, I think I'll hop in the 4x and drive up to one of the summits to watch the city fireworks...lived here for 8years and have yet to see the show from altitude! The usual fare of hamburgers,corn on the cob...Ma's tater salad :drool:

Another option for Independence Day - my son the Marine has leave until July 9th.
Have never seen that movie, but always wanted to.

A carnival or park would be fun on the 4th of July.....lots to do and free
Dunno bout free, but I have soooooo been jones'in for two of my fave fair foods...... corny dogs and funnel cakes!! yummmmmm

The usual fare of hamburgers,corn on the cob...Ma's tater salad :drool:
oh man that tater salad looks sooooo good!!!

Funnel cakes are surprisingly quick and easy to make at home and turn out really good. :D
Yeah they are, just currently don't have much of a kitchen to be able to do things like that corny dogs are actually pretty easy to make at home too if you cut the hot dogs in 1/2 like in Katz picture.
