So cool. Been thinking of using the shop at my university to create something similar.. But I hear their prices are outrageous when using for personal benefit
Guess I could, but I already pay tuition at my university and I'm there all the time anyway, just gotta make friends with the shop keep and maybe he'll let me bring in my own materials to work on it. We created an aluminum hammer head and shaft using a lathe and mill in our "Manufacturing" course but heard if you want to use it for personal use they charge hourly. Just haven't checked how much they actually charge
