What do you guys do to make the whole process more convenient? What kind of syringes do you use? Do you use new syringes every time? How do you go about making bulk quantities? These are just a few questions off the top of my head, I just generally want to know if I could make DIYing easier for myself

Lots of videos on youtube about DIY ejuice. You should watch some.
but no I just suck up and expel warm water several times to clean my syringes. Use blunt tip needle syringes. Cost about $1 each at online DIY suppliers. the 3 ml are good for measuring nicotine and flavorings and the 10 ml sizes are best for measuring PG/VG. I use this for measuring my PG/VG. A cheap medicine syringe I bought at Krogers for $1.50. It came with the stopper thingy that fits in a bottle nicely. Just invert and suck the syringe full or however much you need.
I just leave it like in the pic till I use it again. Stays clean and ready. No mess.

Organization is big for me, I made boxes from reclaimed lobster trap wood
I label bottles with a number, that goes with a matching syringe i use 3ml because its easier to do small batches
keep all my bottles in order with a number that goes with a list of notes. Used to write on bottle but a paper is easier for me

Is there anyone of you that are using glass syringes? I found that plasticky ones tend to loose the engraved numbers over time...

The problem I have found with disposable syringes is not the numbers, use clear fingernail polish, but the rubber stoppers. They tend to wear out rather quickly. I'm not sure if the glass ones would last all that much longer. Disposable syringes are so cheap that it doesn't really matter.
