Val's great Uncle owns a beautiful piece of land in NJ. In ground swimming pool, large shed as the entry, and beautiful tiki bar. I played Ike the Bartender
jam packed with a few hundred people. Next thing I know it's 8 in the morning and we're still partying singing along to Dropkick Murphys. Then at 9 we had to leave to attend a 1 year old's bday party 2 hours away! LOL Oh my god that is too FUNNY! You Get'em KK!!!Welcome to da WEEKEND, classy and DPL!!!!! No bears whatsoever in these parts! Just giggles, smiles, friendships and a whole bunch of fun and love!!!!!!!

Welp, right after DP ate my hamburger this morning, I had to make a Dr demanded trip to the ER. Another bleeding issue they think is related to my ibuprofen use.
Blood work, IV fluids, and the only way I could get to come home tonight was by promising the Gastro Dr that I would follow up with his office tomorrow. There is a colonoscopy with my name on it

Yeah, I'll be on my belly in bed for a couple days. This Wednesday is for a referral to a specialist so insurance covers it. Then from there... It's cuttin' time. Pilonidal Abscess if you're interested. It's gross. But Google has information for those interested. Been living with it for years and is the reason I'm never at a computer anymore except at work, thus my disappearance from ECF. Hoping to get it fixed once and for all... But has a chance of recurring.
I'll trust you that it's gross and not make Google my friend tonite. So sorry loft.

No need to be sorry. I put off the surgery because it was too destructive and still left a high chance of it coming back. New procedures seem more promising, and add to that I'm miserable - figure I'll give it a shot. New procedure is local anesthesia and only takes about 20 minutes with a 24 hour bed rest afterward so hoping they can do that. Really depends on how "bad" it's gotten over the years.
