RTAs and Sub tanks tend to suffer from limited airflow. You'll see the biggest clouds out of RDAs with big airflow, I really like my Airek clone and my Mutation Xv4, all though with bottom air flow it's better to drip sideways or straight down the center post slowly. For coils builds I like simple dual coils built to whatever watts I want to vape in, going for a heat flux of around 180-200, more or less depending on your preference. I like to use 3 and 3.5mm ID for my coils too and like 24g kanthal A1, but also like 316l SS wire which has lower resistance than kanthal.
Big lung hits, and instead of exhaling in a big rush, exhale as if you were warming up your hands. Good luck and stay safe! An ohm meter is your best friend, I like the USA Ohm meters. You're using a regulated mod, though, so you're pretty safe there. Hopefully others will come in with some more advice.
