Dekang Cuban Sun, too much throat hit

hi all, just ordered 2x 20ml dekang vapor plus cuban sun, 3mg ejuice.
But throat hit was too much for me.
I tried diluting it with VG from 50% to 70% to 90%, lesser but the throat hit was still too harsh.

any other solutions to reduce the throat hit or should i throw it away?

I think you can add distilled water or something but I have no idea how much.
