7/27 let's see if this works after shutting down the computer and starting all over from ground zero.
Nope, still won't upload. I know it is not my computer's fault and I refuse to put my personal art files on Photobucket just so I can link them here, so I guess I'll have to sit on the sidelines until someone fixes ECF. Sigh...

..command prompt in administrator ...typed in "ipconfig/flushdns" .. pages wouldn't even load before..workin like a champ now..haven't a clue why

..Trying to get alll my posts in early as ability to post seems to deteriorate to worthless by evening
7/28 got my picture posting ability back (complete System Restore - don't know what got changed internally, but it's fixed now)
