OK so I tried making 10ml of basic tobacco and I followed this

5.6ml Base PG/VG
3.33ml Nicotine (72mg concentrated)
1ml flavor

I some how only ended up with 5ml. So this must be a syringe issue. Does the measurement INCLUDE the needle tip? I had a 10ml bottle of another flavor flavor and decided to calibrate my other unused brand new 10ml syringe, I soaked up what showed as 10mg but there was still liquid in my bottle. I was using the needle of course.

Do i put the center of the rubber plunge on the line of measurement? Do i make the liquid go the line? is the needle some how compensated for? Not sure how I am off by 50%

I don't want to even try this liquid now out of fear its some how 50mg nicotine now by accident.

EDIT: 2 x 14g needles

Ok so here was the issue. these "10ml" bottle can really hold 8ml

and my 15ml glass bottle actually holds 19ml reasonably.

All I need to do is think of them as 8ml bottles and I am ok.
It can really hold 3ml too...
The point is just because the bottle came with 15 or 30ml of juice doesnt mean that bottle is 15 or 30ml up to the brim. Matter of fact I have never bought juice that was filled that high. Pretty positive this also applies to bottle you would buy for DIY.
