I went to turn on the hose today, and immediately I felt the web grab me, pulled back and looked up and saw this guy!!!
It's just a harmless yellow and black garden spider, they spin a web about 2-3 foot diameter, but the anchor lines can be very long. Pretty cool...

That is amazing!!! One of the things I love about cats is there ability to do the unexpected, like mine, getting up on top of the cabinets, just because it's there...when I was just a kid, living up in NH, we had outdoor cats, they would cry at night to come in if it rained or got cold. One of them figured out they could climb the maple tree, jump onto the roof, and jump down onto the dormer roof by my bedroom window and bat at the screen or glass to get let in the window! Later, I trained another cat to do the same thing by putting it on the roof and calling it to a different window. They are way smarter than people give them credit.
I had to put up blockers 
to stop my old cat from getting on top of my refrigerator. I think she liked the heat that ran up from the back of it. I miss her
