Looks great but I don't wear pants. JK I may have to try one of these out.

Go for it KDM. Before I got mine, I never took my Reos mods out and about with me, as they are too heavy to just drop in my shirt pocket. Now my Reos won't let me leave the house w/o one of them jumping into the holster, and saying "Let's do it!".

Got one felt lined about 3 weeks ago, Loving it!
Being able to switch out the belt tunnel for the clip keeps it versatile.
