Now with dipping rdo I fill the whole juice well the RDA or just put enough to soak down the wicks

Dam cotton did not come in looks like tomorrow I have Cotton balls but I don't know if thy are bleached our not it don't say ether why so I don't won't to risk it

I rinse my cotton by using a strainer and hot water from the kettle.
But then I leave them to dry for 2 days;
It's sterile cotton how do you tell if it's bleach our dose boiling take the bleach out

well yeah, that's the idea; pouring hot water through the cotton ought to clear out most of anything; in my case I think the cotton I use probably has some peroxide in it;
(i'm guessing general cotton / clothing-cotton might be bleached but pharmacy cotton more likely to be sterilized with peroxide)
people also sometimes do their first wick with cotton from cotton swab sticks.
