Just got home from Stillwater, had an offer on my house but a very low one on a VA loan which means they have no money! This is the part I don't like as I can waste time on a counter or be rude and not do anything and let the offer expire tomorrow afternoon.

Who knows, the selling realtor does want a counter though. I will play along, but dinner first (that's been a pain also)!
Not that I need to tell you but stick to your guns. You're not in a big hurry and it just went on the market so you should be able to get close to asking price. The house behind me sold in two days for asking price but isn't as nice as yours.
