Briefly describe your problem or issue
Order placed on 7/27, vendor's site advised that there was a 7-14 day processing time due to a large promotion. Contacted vendor on 8/18 to inquire about order status, customer service replied that it would ship by 8/21. On 8/20 a tracking number was emailed to me, but tracking never updated. Contacted vendor again on 8/25 and customer service promised shipment on 8/26. Still not shipped, and no response to my two most recent attempts to contact them.​
