after taking the atomizer head apart, for a .15ohm nickel build, using 28 gauge ni200 wire, 9 wraps on 3.5mm jig or for a .5ohm kanthal dual parallel coil build, using 26 gauge kanthal and 6 parallel wraps... bottom leg is bent straight down, top leg out about an eighth inch (maybe 2-3mm) then down... using koh gen do to wrap coil (2 full wraps, first in under top leg, between leg and coil, second wrap is around/ over top leg) - keep coil on jig while wrapping wicking, then put coil and wick assembly down in atty head, running legs through bottom post hole then separating positive/ negative leg with grommet... there is a pretty decent vid of it here - only real change I have made is smaller diameter coil so wicking is not so compressed, since i use higher (70%+) vg juices, need to make sure it can wick well

i realize that is a sparse write up on my part - feel free to hit me up if you have questions - i have been making nickel coils this way for tc as well as the kanthal verticals
