They must be the least heard-of shop in the UK.

Who knows. I'm sure it'll be a worthwhile experiment. (or not).

If that's the best they can do with a website, I'd suggest shutting it down before it annoys people rather than generate business.

Yeah - absolutely terrible website - looks like it was made by an 11 year old doing a school project. Also no contact address, phone number or email. Avoid like the plague.
