Smokeless Image - customer support don't respond!?

Hi Guys,

I've previously purchased a Volt USB passthrough from Smokeless Image, which worked great.

However the latest batch of clearomizers do not seem to work with the passthrough. It's not possible to screw
the clearomizer all the way down, therefore the electrical contact is not made.

I've emailed smokeless image's customer support twice over this month, and they don't even bother to respond. Extremely disappointing seeing as they always have such great reviews!

Do other people have similar issues? Can anyone suggest another source for 808D clearomizers? I'm thinking Halo, which I've used before and liked.

Hey Adam, I think I have found your emails that you sent in. It looks like Grace replied to the first one on the 12th and Christie replied to the second on the 19th.
