I messed up my order and only realized after I submitted it. I sent an email and received a response in less than 24 hours (phone call and email). I received a store credit and promptly corrected my order. I was surprised to see it shipped the same day as well. I love places that treat customers as individuals and don't hand out generic cookie cutter responses. Keep up the good work and excellent customer service! I just placed another order and anticipate more in the future.

The Passthrough you received should have music notes on it? If it's not the right one and is unused please let me know and we can get this corrected. Also after investigating your email may have went to spam and was accidentally deleted. We have fixed this problem with your email address. Please let me know.order number 83217, the issue was I was sent the wrong design. I didn't know until 7/31 that it was wrong as it was a gift and it didn't get opened until the recipients birthday. I sent an email that very day. I can go through my email and screen shot/resend it to you if you would like.
If I had gotten a reply when I first contacted you it would have been unused, but as it was a gift they decided the wrong design was better than no design (she got bats instead of music notes). Thank you for looking into this matter even if at this point there is no way to change/fix it.
