I'm a little curious why people say you can't wash those, I did one with a syringe and it was fine

Well, as unpleasant as that all sounds at least it's nothing serious apparently.

• The illness usually lasts two to three days and resolves by itself.

I tried but the gunked up coil didn't last long after I did. That's why I decided to learn to rebuild them. Now I have around 30 that I've rebuilt.

A bit of both but...I prefer rayon over silica.

I have the 1.5 ohm dual coils. Those are silica. And I have probably 10 boxes apart from the 30 or so that I've rebuilt. I don't see a point in buying the new 1.2 occ ones.
