Disposable atomizer problem

Ok, my gear just started hitting the mailbox...the meat of it is a Seiglei 30w, and a nautilus Mini tank. But just for flavor sampling, I grabbed some of these that were mentioned in one thread here:

I took one, screwed it on top of my Seiglei, dripped some juice in it...and it immediately leaked onto the mod. When I fired it, I heard some hiss, but no vapor. Am I missing something? Or are those atomizers just bad?

They should be fine, but they might leak... that's the nature. I would probably not put something like that on a medium-expensive mod.

The 306 ones (my preferred) are even worse.

Maybe you overdid the liquid.

If they come 'primed' with PG (?) then just a few drops....

Pretty sure they're for a specific setup that you don't have.

Don't use them on the Sigelei.

It really helps it you also use a "drip shield" with them. Dripping can be done successfully without one but you can't over-drip or liquid will end up on your mod.

Or you could just use a sealed 510 dripping atty like KP Long Barrel Sealed Atomizer - Kidney Puncher which is the same idea but there are no holes in the bottom of the atty for excess liquid to leak out.

The ones you have are notorious for leaking even when used correctly.

I'd suggest getting a cheap RDA for taste testing juice. Many of them come with some premade coils that you can use until you learn how to wrap your own. You can also buy premade coils. Smok Squid is a mini RDA that works very well for about $8-$10.
