Howdy, welcome to the ECF!
Yeah, we have some pretty strict rules on so much as mentioning a vape shop (until it's a Registered Supplier). Nothing personal, it's just to avoid the free-for-all of spamming/advertisement that this forum would become if it was allowed.

Welcome! I'm still fairly new here myself, but I think the best advice I could give you is don't be shy. Find a thread you are interested in and jump right. Can't think of a forum I've been on where there was a nicer and more helpful group of people.
Best advice , ask first before you try anything new! Wether being a newbie vaper or a pro there's always more to learn especially here! If you have a question someone on this forum will have the answer!

The only advice I will offer is to not mention vaping business before you've applied to be a Registered Supplier
