Because customs confiscated the items before it reached you, it was never really in your possession yet.

Importing such items from overseas yourself then maybe

Kinda but they can say yo are the one who engaged the service to import it. Say liddat u also LL. But no one kenna fine before ah? All only get the love letters ?

Take a chill pill and sleep over it. No point brooding over it. If you get in trouble with the law no matter what you are never gonna win the case. But if they let you off with a warning, which I believe you got it already, then just leave it be.

I believe that is a big hint to you already. But you must remember - you are not against a third party, you are against the law. So anything you try will never win you the case. And if you are really worried, then you should not be risking it as well.
