IPV D2 issues

Even at room temp, or in the freezer doesn't matter, when I go to set base resistance all of my coils seem to read 0.500 or higher. This is using 0.15 ni200 kanger coils. All of my other mods read it as .17, .18 etc but the ipvd2 is WAY off and I feel like I'm not getting a good vape from it and I'm burning out coils left and right. In kanthal mode the resistance seems to jump around as well, a .5 coil reading .7 sometimes .8 or .9

Anyone else having this issue? This thing is literally 2 days old. Is my ipvd2 a dud?

i own a d2, and i never experience huge ohm jumping like yours

i rarely use tc on my d2, kanthal almost all the time. ohm jumping is very minimal 0.01-0.05 at most

so i think ur d2 is dud. better get replacement asap

I've found that my Kanger subtank mini base was bad/threads worn and would cause wild ohm fluctuations. Try something for me, screw on your ST, and If you hold the + and -buttons at the same time and keep them held, wiggle your Kanger subtank while watching the ohms. When I did this the ohms would swing like they're hanging from a tree! Do the same thing I suggested with different atty's. Post back.

I have two STM;s and both have wandering resistance. Tried them on several mods, same results Got HERAKALES tank and the problem is resolved. Im done w/STM.

The subtank is the new version and works fine on all my other mods. I tried many different at KS and coils both kanthal and ni200, the devise is faulty, I sent it back for a refund and replaced it with an ipv4s that's working just fine.
