I started to e cigar with eroll c 1 week ago. I was smoking 10 cafe cream per day at least (inhale). Now i am smoking 3 pr 4 a day with e cigar. I need a strong e liquid advice. Thanks for your help

It's got to be a lot on Nicotine, so yes, you're going to need strong liquid.

I am not familiar with nicotine concentration in a cigar but below is a "general guideline" for nicotine concentration in e-liquid to the number of cigarettes smoked per day.

06 mg = 10 cigarettes or less
12 mg = 20 cigarettes
18 mg = 30 cigarettes
24 mg = 40 cigarettes

The way nicotine is inhaled via combustion is different from aerosolization. To compare the two is pretty apples and oranges.

Start off at 6mg. Should be comfortable.
