@Enta my carrot cake turned out great! Of course I used a box Duncan Hines mix but I did make the cream cheese frosting from scratch. My nephew ate 1/3rd of the cake. lol
Think I'll make a gumbo next weekend. It's getting to be gumbo weather.

I just ate one of the "Coconut Dream Brownies" I made, still warm from the oven.

If they're as good when they cool as that one, they're gonna be great!

I was thinking about making a batch of brownies, from my favorite recipe the other day, and had a brainstorm.
What if I were to put a half piece of Mounds Bar right in the middle of a brownie? So that's what I did.
