Flattery feeling when vaping

I've been vaping about a year now and here recently I've been getting a fluttery feeling in my chest that I used to not get, Im using 6 MG max vg juice, vaping at 3.2 volts on an ipv4s with a twisted messes rda with dual alien wire coils at . 12 ohms

It was somehow related to my coil changed the coil a few hours after I posted this and it stopped couldn't figure out what caused it
