I haven't started anything yet. I took my turkey out of the freezer on Sunday and put it in the fridge. Checked on it a little while ago and it's still frozen 
Guess I'll put it in cold water in the sink tomorrow before I go to work.

Not only that, I think it's a little bigger than we normally have I may have to follow suit and do like you plan to 
At least I can be here to turn it over every once in a while. Wonder if it would be safe to leave it in the sink overnight
I know they tell us not to do stuff like that but almost everyone does and it has been really cool at night lately.

Its finally Wednesday!! And not only is it hump day but after a 10 hour work day, it's the beginning to 4 wonderful days off from work!

Have the turkey breast in the crockpot. It will be cooking until I get home at 11 this morning. I took half a day off
Wife and the kiddo are on a road trip to visit one of the wife's classmates. It will also give them some moth-daughter time.
