Sweetened e-juice and diabetics

Does anyone know if sweetened e-juice affects diabetic's glucose levels? I been told no but is there any study or proof one way or the other if it affects diabetics and how?

Been vaping a little more than a year, juice does not affect my glucose levels. Actually my A1C has dropped, I'm not eating as many sweets any longer.

That is what I have found. It has no affect on my glucose levels and my sweets needs are satisfied. Vaping has been good for me all the way around.
