Here's mine. After 3 refills it's perfect. There's lots of ways that work, not saying mine is best, it just works for me with my 70/30 juice. 50/50 Id bet Id get flooding. Btw, don't mind my beautiful Amber juice. It's been steeping for 4 weeks, it's as tasty as it is beautiful

Roxy, you have a hairy mod, I bet no one ever told you that before

Lol! Yeah, I probably shouldn't be wick barbering on my mods when they have silicone sleeves on. Those little hairs don't even want to go into the vacuum cleaner.

I'm in the honeymoon phase at the moment, I'm hoping it lasts.
The usual progression if often:
1st week ~ I LOVE this <insert device>!
2nd week ~ Meh-~* maybe it's not all that good..
3rd week ~ Bored, I need new shiney.
New shiny- mod, juice, or coil tool maybe.
I've gotten in the unfortunate habit of buying 2 of the things I like. Except the wife.

Ok basics here. You know that the fibers in the cotton have a direction? You need to make sure that you make the wick so the fibers in line with the coil so that the juice is drawn along their length towards the coil. The wick should be firm inside the coil, but you should still be able to be move it. The ends of the wick need to completely close off the juice holes other wise juice will flow onto the deck and out the air holes. Also if your wicks are becoming over saturated and there isn't enough of it being vaporized then the excess will end up leaking out.
You just need to persevere.

You do have a big red gasket in the cap, right? Odd question I know, but you have an odd problem. At first you had so much quick I don't think water would have leaked, and I would have had horrible dry hits.

Yes i do have the big red gasket!!
I'll try and replace it with the spare one!!

Trust me i got no reason to "lie"!
Had it a week with the first wick and never had any dry hit!!
I do long lungs hits with airflow fully open 0.4 build at 40W!!
Twisted 28G 2.4id

Now i have the wick cut short and it still do the same!
