It could mean that or you forgot a loop causing it to be lower ohms thus get more hot. The extra heat causes it to pop.

Sorry, I don't know what that is. The PT3 came with a ring, but for the life of me, can't figure out how it fits in the picture!

Air flow control, can help with the draw.

That is a great deal, but I don't want to sit and have to add drop by drop while vaping. I just want to find something decent, that I can rebuild and use on my VTR and on sale right now, I don't want to miss out on these sales!!

Just built a 2nd one and it came out perfect! It really is a hard sucker to pull apart, and get the chimney back on, but I did it!
