Sloth, amazing pictures.
In the last picture, with the two mods and sqounk holes facing each other, it forms a heart if you look or turn the picture upside down!

What is everyone preferred method to keep the grey oxide off the aluminum...Not looking for shiny, just clean. My CC hasn't left my hand since I got it and is starting to darken
Brasso cleaned mine right up (and an ultrasonic bath in isopropyl). Didn't make it shiny, just clean. I posted some before and after pics a few pages back and you can see how filthy mine was.
edit: worth noting, I also used a Scotch-brite pad after the Brasso and before the bath.

You could use brasso. It says used for various metals including aluminum.

Very similar to the bottom... or the top without a button and atty... or the front without lettering.
