Yeah, it seems that with gdeal's departure from here, not a lot of folks have been around. I still check in and get notified of any activity here.

He knows. Trust me on this.surely, someone has told gdeal about these new bottles, yeh?
Are you old enough to remember the first time you drove a car with power-assisted brakes and how you had a tendency to have objects inside the car go flying forward if you weren't careful?I'd imagine that he knows already... They are a nice bottle and all, but I've already had more than a few over-squonks because of them... I will continue to use them though...
Nope. I'm too young. Are you old enough to remember the first time you drove a car with power-assisted brakes and how you had a tendency to have objects inside the car go flying forward if you weren't careful?

I picked up one of my Reos with the regular bottle in it and it felt like I was pushing on a rock! Squonking with the new bottles have become so effortless that anything else just isn't working for me. With the old bottles, I might have to do a 5 count. Now, it's no count! Just a quick, gentle push and release and good to go. Gotta love these bottles!.

Me, too, Aal. I have arthritis in both hands and these bottles have been a Godsend. And the size and shape of the Pekos are perfect for me, too, even though I have big hands. Too bulky a mod, it hurts to hold it, squonk and fire. Smaller mods like the Pekos and my CC have been wonderful for me and adding the wonder bottles, I'm in heaven!Peko with new bottles is what the bottom feeders needed. Really enjoying the vape more and my fingers stopped cursing me.
it really is something how we all have to unlearn/new-learn. heh.
i wonder if Kataphraktos has peeked in to see these. geez, so many of the peko gang have just kinda evaporated. maybe i can find the answer on fb.

We're getting there! Today more painting, and beginning shell #2.
Implementing the solid button arm may require some sled customizing. I plan on direct soldering the 510 Jack nut to the arm, which would require sanding out the threads for the Jack itself. In order for it to work properly and allow it to be removed, the nut has to be placed in such a way that it can be gripped with pliers to be tightened or loosened.
Also, I feel the solid arm should not have a removable contact screw. If you direct solder the screw (cut down former FDV positive pin) to the arm prior to putting it in the sled, it will require cutting out some material in its channel so that it can be installed and completely removed. I'm in the process of figuring this one out. Pics will follow once I have it worked out.
Fortune favors the Bottom Feeders.
The contact screw is too long. You can do it when it's been wired, but with the solid arm, no go.wont the battery side with the button fit through from the 510 through the top and back to its resting place with a turn. then screw button on and cap section?
